About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our team at Syncreon. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop front-end applications using React, HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Develop and maintain back-end applications using Java, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and JSP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and implement unit tests and integration tests to ensure high-quality software.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve our software applications.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a front-end or full-stack role.
  • Strong knowledge of React, HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Experience with Java, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and JSP.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
