Senior Manager, Global Business Development

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Global Business Development efforts. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key global partners, driving revenue growth, and developing sales forecasts and demand plans in various international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our global presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, partners, and field sales personnel.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote the Aurora Brand through international partners.
  • Identify and develop strategic business opportunities to obtain licenses in foreign markets.
  • Lead project work plans to identify and map out activities needed to successfully accomplish project goals, deliverables, and meet project deadlines.
  • Work with local partners and internal stakeholders to develop and obtain approvals on marketing campaigns, product portfolio plans, pricing strategies, and short-term promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain a good awareness of competitive and regulatory developments in markets in which the company operates or wants to enter.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that project and business activities align with company goals.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in Law, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales or international business development and/or relationship management experience.
  • Passionate about sales and business development, with a drive to create partnerships and opportunities in new geographies.
  • Ability to write and speak in Spanish is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with senior management and other members of the team in a professional and collaborative manner.
  • Ability to manage and motivate teams, work under pressure, and manage tight deadlines.
