Carpentry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our team at Performance Builders Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of craftsmanship in our building projects.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare building layouts in accordance with local building codes and regulations.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel.
- Construct foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
- Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
- Maintain, repair, and renovate residential and commercial structures.
- 2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment.
