Job Title: Registered Care Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Care Aide to join our team at MJT Management Ltd. As a Registered Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents in a nursing home setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Completion of a Health Care Aide Certificate program
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, transfer, and position residents safely
