About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at MJT Management Ltd. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents in a nursing home setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
  • Document resident care and progress
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in healthcare or a related field an asset
  • Criminal record check and immunization records required
  • First Aid Certificate and Health Care Aide Certificate an asset
Work Environment

As a Caregiver with MJT Management Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel as part of your duties.
