Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Loveleens Indian Sweets and Snacks. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present menus and make recommendations to customers, highlighting daily specials and menu items.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring accurate and prompt service.
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
