About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Royal Tandoor Indian Cuisine Limited. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware to ensure a well-stocked bar.
  • Communication: Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a clear and concise manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment

As a Food and Beverage Server at Royal Tandoor Indian Cuisine Limited, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding role. You will be required to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
