Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
- Food Preparation and Presentation: Oversee the preparation and presentation of our food, ensuring that it meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of our inventory, including stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Train and develop our food service staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking, physically demanding, attention to detail
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player
This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
