Job Title: Restoration Crew

Are you passionate about helping people in their time of need? Do you have a strong desire to make a positive impact in your community? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Restoration Crew member to join our team at SERVPRO.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Restoration Crew member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to service calls, performing restoration services, and communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to service calls and perform restoration services as assigned
  • Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Support crew chief and other production personnel as needed
  • Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas
  • Inventory and load work vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies
  • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
  • Set up staging area and equipment for each project
  • Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown
  • Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines
Qualifications:
  • Effective oral communication
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
  • High school diploma/GED
  • IICRC certifications preferred
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
  • Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Exposure to chemicals
  • Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
  • Ability to work in tight spaces
  • Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
