**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Financial Portfolio Manager to lead our financial operations in the US. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of financial project managers and overseeing the financial performance of our sites and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and transparent financial information to the Solution Director and management team.
  • Assist the Solution Director in all financial matters, including guidance and interpretation of financial data.
  • Control and validate financial data provided by projects under your leadership.
  • Identify and challenge financial risks or variances, and provide insights for analysis.
  • Develop and implement action plans to optimize financial performance and control costs.
  • Provide financial support and guidance to your team of Financial Project Managers to drive performance at project level.
  • Work at actual, forecast, and budget levels, and provide analysis and assistance to the management team as requested.
  • Validate project budgets, 3-year plans, rolling forecasts, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of financial experience.
  • Practical experience of financial reporting, having lived through several financial cycles.
  • Previous experience in an industrial company.
  • Able to apply internal policies and procedures.
  • Superior understanding of cost classification and reporting.
  • Propose change and innovation, lead initiatives.
  • Demonstrate teamwork, honesty, integrity, courage, and conviction.
  • Reliable and well-organized.
  • Resilience, ability to work under pressure, and exposure to N+1, N+2.
  • Manage complex controlling subjects.
  • Problem-solving-oriented attitude.
  • Build partnerships with site managers and functional leaders.
  • Define priorities and perform tasks with limited supervision.
  • Able to communicate across the organization.
