Senior Financial Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Commercial Financial Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and delivering top-tier financial advice to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Apply your business development experience to prospect and lead generate new and existing clients
- Demonstrate portfolio management and risk mitigation through financial statement review, trend identification, and credit restructuring
- Provide an exceptional client experience by delivering superior business and financial advice
- Leverage RBC expertise to identify referral opportunities and make introductions to RBC partners
- Collaborate with teams to develop and execute a client contact strategy
- Champion digital enablement by promoting RBC mobile application and wallet usage
- Minimum 3-5 years commercial banking experience
- Proven track record in business development and exceptional client relationship management
- Credit skills including risk assessment, financial analysis, and credit structuring
- Specialized industry expertise in a past role (e.g., real estate, healthcare, agriculture)
- Experience with emerging communications and technology (i.e., web-based meetings, social media, Digital Banking and Mobile Applications)
- Fluency in French to serve RBC's French-speaking customers
