Job Title: Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team at Anet Fiber Tech Inc.

Job Summary

The Administration Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including data entry, document management, and communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Train staff on new procedures and systems
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide excellent customer service
  • Commission systems and components to ensure seamless operations
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve performance
  • Monitor and evaluate administrative processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely payment
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial sustainability
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Project and other administrative software
