About the RoleThis LPN position plays a vital role in ensuring the general well-being of our residents through the delivery of personalized services. You will be responsible for providing basic assessments and treatment, personal care, medication administration, and delegated health services. Additionally, you will work closely with our Health Care Aides to provide support and education, promoting a positive and inclusive living environment.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to communicate effectively with residents and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your expertise will be essential in facilitating family involvement and encouraging social interaction among residents. You will also be responsible for administering medications within your scope of practice, adhering to regulations and standards.
To succeed in this position, you must possess a sound knowledge of geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term/retirement nursing. Your background should include activation, nursing, and personnel administration. Graduation from a recognized LPN program and holding a valid registration with the appropriate LPN associations are also requirements.

Salary InformationThe salary for this position is estimated to be between $65,000 and $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, Chartwell offers a range of benefits that promote work-life balance and support overall well-being.
