Job Title: Daycare Supervisor

Niny's Daycare & After School Care is seeking a qualified Daycare Supervisor to lead our childcare programs and ensure the well-being of our children.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Lead activities, including storytelling, teaching songs, and taking children on outings.
  • Encourage creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity.
  • Guide children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents or guardians.
  • Plan and maintain a safe environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children.
  • Organize activities for school-age children before and after regular school hours.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, flexibility, and judgement.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of reliability.
Work Conditions:
  • Repetitive tasks.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Language:
  • English.
Work Hours:
  • 35 hours per week.
