Job Title: Childcare Supervisor

We are seeking a qualified Childcare Supervisor to join our team at Learning for life Childcare Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of childcare professionals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality childcare services to children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Lead activities that promote learning and development, such as storytelling, singing, and outings.
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Guide children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents or guardians.
  • Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children.
  • Plan and organize activities for school-age children before and after regular school hours.
Requirements:
  • Child development worker (ECE level 2) certification.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a childcare setting.
  • Ability to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Working Conditions:

Permanent position, 32 hours per week, with a focus on providing high-quality childcare services to children.
