Your role:

  • Develop the client base in the Montreal area through internal and external partnerships.
  • Expand the assets under management by offering wealth management services tailored to client needs.
  • Analyze client needs thoroughly and design integrated financial strategies in collaboration with clients.
  • Implement recommendations arising from financial planning with precision.
  • Monitor portfolios rigorously and maintain regular contact with clients to adapt solutions to their evolving needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, focusing on speed, accessibility, and competence.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with all National Bank business lines.

Your team:

In the Commercial & Private Banking 1859 sector, you will be part of a team of approximately thirty colleagues, reporting directly to the regional vice-president GP1859. Our team stands out for its expertise and dedication. This role offers a hybrid work mode, allowing you to balance office time, customer meetings, events, and home work.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of seven years of relevant experience, or a master's degree and a minimum of five years of relevant experience, or any other combination of relevant experience and training.
  • Completion of the Securities Trading Course and Standards of Conduct Handbook.
  • Possession of a professional title like CFA, FICVM, CPA, or Pl.Fin is highly desirable.
  • Experience in business development with wealthy clients and/or entrepreneurs.
  • Able to build lasting, trusting relationships.
  • Excellent knowledge of investment products, mastery of financial markets, and the economy to act appropriately.
  • Knowledge of taxation, retirement planning, and estate planning.

Languages: English, French. The reason for requiring this language is that you will need to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
