The successful candidate will also have excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales. Additionally, the candidate will have strong administrative skills, with the ability to coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs, manage training and development strategies, and negotiate collective agreements. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment equity and human resources programs, with the ability to administer benefits and recommend changes to health and safety practices. The successful candidate will also have the ability to hire, train, and supervise staff, as well as conduct performance reviews. **Responsibilities:**
