Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at SilverFox group Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in staffing and recruitment, talent acquisition, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the role.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  • Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and coordinate termination of employment process.
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources, staffing, and recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
