We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Professional Practice and Quality Improvement to join our team at Gghorg. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing, promoting, and supporting best practices across nursing and allied health professions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement professional practice frameworks aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
- Lead efforts to foster inter-professional collaboration and enhance clinical competencies.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and education across disciplines.
- Establish and maintain quality improvement plans to meet key patient safety and quality care requirements.
- Collaborate with all levels of the organization to ensure a healthy and safe environment for staff, patients, and caregivers.
- Master's Degree in a Health Related discipline.
- Minimum five years experience in a clinical/professional practice leadership role.
- Current registration with the College of Nurses.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
- Good standing membership in a relevant professional association.
- Demonstrated success in program planning and evaluation.
- Demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
- Strong understanding of healthcare roles, scopes of practice, and healthcare-related legislation.
- Demonstrated ability to access, interpret, and synthesize evidence-based practices.
- Demonstrated skill and ability in project management and facilitation.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze fiscal, patient care data and statistics.
- Demonstrated personal commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
