Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Manage residential construction projects
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and related metrics
  • Oversight of administrative controls
  • Communication with partners, investors, and stakeholder groups
  • Operational accounting
  • Fundraising activities
  • Cash flow management

Requirements:

  • CPA certification
  • At least 5 years of experience at the management level
  • Technical proficiency and willingness to perform operational accounting
  • Experience with not-for-profit organizations is desired, but not required
  • Experience with Sage is strongly preferred
