Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our hard rock distribution sales growth and aftermarket operations in Canada. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including corporate mining customers
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Collaborate with the Hard Rock production division and Komatsu Mining territory teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Conduct market analysis and develop strategic account plans to identify business opportunities and challenges
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in sales or aftermarket management in mining or related heavy industry
  • Strong knowledge or experience in underground hard rock mining product application and industry methods
  • Judgment and intuition acquired through experience in working with executive mining professionals and securing large capital sales
  • Ability to network internally and externally
  • Experience with Surface, Underground, and/or Hard Rock Mining Equipment
  • Proficient with computer skills: SAP, Excel, Word, and all windows-based software
  • Experience with Salesforce, ERP systems is an asset
