Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist early childhood educators in planning and implementing engaging activities that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Support the creation of a safe and nurturing environment that fosters a love of learning and exploration.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each child.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining accurate records and submitting written observations on children.
  • Engage children in activities that promote socialization, creativity, and physical activity.
Requirements:
  • Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1) certification or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work.
