Job Title: Tire Production Supervisor - Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Tire Production Supervisor to join our team at Edmonton Tire & Lube Ltd. O/A New Millenium Edmonton Tire & Lube Ltd.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and scheduling activities to meet work schedules and deadlines;
  • Establishing methods to improve productivity and product quality;
  • Preparation of production and other reports;
  • Training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies;

You will also be responsible for setting up machines and equipment, recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering);
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions;
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other software applications;
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring repetitive movements and lifting of heavy objects;
