Job Title: Tire Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tire Supervisor to join our team at Edmonton Tire & Lube Ltd. O/A New Millenium Edmonton Tire & Lube Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and computer-aided design software.
  • Experience in the tire industry is an asset.
