Job Title: Tire Inspection Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tire Inspection Supervisor to join our team at Edmonton Tire & Lube Ltd. O/A New Millenium Edmonton Tire & Lube Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of quality control processes, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Establish and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality products.
  • Train and develop production workers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on production metrics and quality control data.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a high level of physical activity. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Schedule:

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
