About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at the LCBO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, sharing product knowledge and creating a best-in-class experience for customers.
- Engage with customers, colleagues, and wholesale representatives to build strong relationships and drive sales.
- Assist with receiving inventory, unloading trucks, and maintaining customer-ready standards.
- Perform job rotational duties, including repetitive lifting, standing, and processing customer transactions.
Requirements:
- Enjoy working with the public and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Be comfortable adhering to COVID safety protocols.
- Be eligible to work in Canada and be at least 18 years old.
- Agree to submit to a criminal background check prior to commencing work.
What You Need to Know:
- Hours will be scheduled in accordance with the Collective Agreement based on seniority and availability.
- Customer Service Representatives may be assigned to work during peak periods or whenever extra help is required.
- Availability for work during peak business periods is necessary, including Christmas and tourist periods.
- Uniform requirements include a light grey shirt, black pants, and black shoes.
- This is a unionized position, requiring payment of union dues.
