About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sharing product knowledge, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet their needs
  • Process customer transactions, handle returns, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting shopping experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
