Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at the LCBO. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operate computerized cash registers and process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Engage with customers and promote products in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service in a multicultural setting.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
