Senior Customer Experience Associate

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our branch network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a lobby leader, ensuring customers are appropriately triaged and assisted
- Contribute to branch targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
- Nurture rich, longstanding relationships with customers
- Be a technology expert, sharing knowledge and introducing clients to mobile banking applications
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and be available to meet customer needs
- Previous banking experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong technical skills and ability to promote digital banking options
