Forest Dale Home Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our care team. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Director of Care, functioning as a Case Manager and collaborating with care staff to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume a leadership role and work in collaboration with care staff to deliver quality care to residents.
- Develop and implement Resident Care Plans, utilizing knowledge of the nursing process.
- Provide excellent communication and leadership skills, ensuring effective collaboration with the care team.
Requirements:
- Must be registered or eligible for registration in New Brunswick.
- Certified Standard First Aid & CPR course.
- Possess leadership ability and demonstrates clinical competency.
- Certificate in Gerontology or 5 years' experience in geriatric nursing, an asset.
- Good previous work and attendance record.
- Mentally and physically able to perform assigned duties.
