Nurse Position in Home Care

Health Careers in Saskatchewan is seeking a skilled Home Care Nurse to provide professional nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, rehabilitative, and emotional needs of clients in accordance with policy.
- Under the direction of the Community Care Manager, the Home Care Nurse will be responsible for nursing assessment and delivery for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing professional nursing care to clients in their homes
- Conducting nursing assessments and developing care plans
- Collaborating with the Community Care Manager to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
