Job Title: Retail Stock Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Stock Associate to join our team at Mom's Pantry Products Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Retail Stock Associate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized stockroom, receiving and processing inventory, and stocking shelves to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process inventory, including counting and recording stock levels
  • Stock shelves and display areas to ensure a visually appealing and well-organized store
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, including sweeping and mopping floors and disposing of trash
  • Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and directing customers to products
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a retail or stockroom environment an asset
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
