Job Title: Retail Stock Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Stock Associate to join our team at MADINA GROCER AND HALAL MEAT INC.

Job Summary

The Retail Stock Associate will be responsible for receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and unpack merchandise, counting and verifying inventory
  • Stock shelves and display areas, ensuring a visually appealing store environment
  • Record incoming stock and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and directing customers to products
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Client focus, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
