Job Title: Retail Stock Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Stock Associate to join our team at MADINA GROCER AND HALAL MEAT INC. As a Retail Stock Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized stockroom, receiving and stocking merchandise, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and stock merchandise in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, including shelving and display areas
  • Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and directing customers to products
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a retail or stockroom environment an asset
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
