Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our administrative team at Khalsa School.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating administrative services, assisting in preparing annual budgets, and planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating daily operations. This includes supervising office staff, arranging training for staff, and preparing reports for management committees.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets to ensure effective financial management.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives.
  • Supervise and train office staff to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees to inform decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $4,001,000 to $8,000,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide dental plan, healthcare plan, vision care benefits, and a permanent position with 35 hours per week.
