BC LTD is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Administrative Services Director to lead our administrative team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Job Summary
The Administrative Services Director will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the office. This position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures;
- Establishing work priorities and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
- Coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
- Assisting in the preparation of operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls;
- Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role;
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this position is between $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Work Environment
