Catastrophe Claims Investigator

We are seeking a skilled Catastrophe Adjuster to join our WorkForce Advantage team in Ontario. As a Catastrophe Adjuster, you will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle CAT claims by telephone and/or on the field.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and evaluate CAT claims to determine the extent of damage and liability.
- Negotiate with insureds, adjusters, and clients to reach a mutually acceptable settlement.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure accurate recording, reporting, and presentation of files.
- Work effectively with insureds, adjusters, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently.
- Travel to various locations as needed to investigate and settle claims.
- Valid adjuster's license in the province of residence (where required by law).
- Ability to travel on short notice and remain on location for indefinite periods.
- Ability to climb and lift up to 40 lbs.
- High school diploma and minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Good communication skills, organizational ability, technical knowledge, and computer skills.
