Job Summary

As a Hybrid Order Coordinator at Equest, you will be responsible for completing all Independent Business and National Account activation orders incoming from Sales. This includes host input, confirmations, special services, and deployment tasks. You will be working in a hybrid position based in our Toronto office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data input to all host systems relating to the activation and deployment of net-new and existing merchant orders, including OMS, ACI, DMS, e-Select Plus admin tool, PAYD admin tool, AS400, Rogers Portal, and Atlas 360.
  • Resolve data input deficiencies by performing some rudimentary troubleshooting based on information provided on the order.
  • Resolve and complete data input for all orders that fail auto upload.
  • Meet established performance standards for both quality and productivity.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers (AMEX Canada).
  • Actively provide regular feedback for policies and procedures and Help Outlet Solutions.
  • Comply with corporate policies established by Equest Corporation, including the HR Code of Conduct, Technology Policy, and Privacy Policy.
  • Perform other responsibilities as required.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma.
  • 0-1 years of experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office computer programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
