Job Title: Vice President, Corporate Project

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our innovation efforts as Vice President, Corporate Project. This role will be responsible for driving the company's innovation strategy, creating and leading cross-functional teams, and overseeing the development of innovation projects.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement the company's innovation strategy to drive growth and competitiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovation projects from idea to commercialization.
  • Identify trends and opportunities in the Lottery and Charitable Gaming industries to inform innovation initiatives.
  • Build and foster a culture of innovation within the company.
  • Oversee the development of innovation projects, including schedules and budgets.
Requirements
  • A strong leader with experience in structuring, building, and growing high-performing teams.
  • High energy and ability to successfully own, manage, and execute on multiple competing priorities.
  • A minimum of 10 years management-related experience.
  • A solid understanding of innovation processes, culture, and project management.
  • Experience in navigating and building relationships in a dynamic environment across multiple subsidiaries.
