About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our team at Ruscana Intertrade Inc. as a Retail and Exhibition Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales transactions, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice on merchandise and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales Transactions: Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce and maintain accurate sales records for inventory control.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge, including aluminum doors, windows, and awnings.
  • Exhibition and Display: Assist in the display of merchandise and plan and develop permanent and temporary exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, and retail spaces.
  • Inventory Management: Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate stock levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or exhibition environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English or French.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail, and in a fast-paced environment.
