Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Ruscana Intertrade Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
