About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Ruscana Intertrade Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss merchandise or services, and provide advice on products.
  • Sales Transactions: Conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Inventory Management: Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems.
  • Display and Merchandising: Assist in displaying merchandise and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Team Support: Supervise staff and provide guidance on sales techniques and customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Language: English or French.
