Job Summary:
We are seeking an Insurance Leadership Expert to join our team at Western Financial Group. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting your team to achieve established sales targets while focusing on employee engagement and client retention.

About the Role:
As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide guidance and coaching to your team, identifying a succession plan and leading by example to help your team provide a best-in-class customer experience. You will deliver results through the development and execution of business, budget, and sales strategies, championing corporate initiatives, policies, and procedures. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing and completing audits on processes, documentation, and correspondence, as well as continuous self-development through industry and community involvement and industry-related courses.

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a candidate with general insurance level 2 license, 8+ years in insurance with 3+ years management experience, experience in recruitment, staff development, and performance management. Involvement in industry-related associations and your community is a plus. You should have professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal, and be passionate about helping people, self-driven, and determined to succeed.

Salary:
$105,000 - $130,000 per year, based on location and experience.
