Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist - Financial Advisor to join our team. This role will provide expert advice and guidance to customers on personal and business banking products and services, while also contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
About the Role:
The Customer Service Specialist - Financial Advisor will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-branch visits
- Acting as a subject matter expert on personal and business banking products and services, including loans, investments, and credit cards
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their financial goals and objectives
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services to customers
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience in customer service or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- A strong understanding of personal and business banking products and services, with the ability to advise customers on the best options for their needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
