Foot Care Program Director

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foot Care Program Manager to join our team at Spectrum Health Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses to deliver high-quality foot care services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals to achieve excellence in foot care services
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans to address quality, safety, and risk management issues
- Collaborate with operations leadership to design clinical workflows and develop new models of care delivery
- Prepare monthly schedules for foot care nurses and lead recruitment and selection efforts
- Contribute to the improvement of client outcomes and efficient utilization of resources
Requirements
- Current CNO certificate as Registered Nurse, degree preferred
- Recent experience as a Nursing Manager in a community setting
- Experience managing in a unionized environment
- Solid knowledge of community nursing principles and practices
- Valid G driver's license and reliable vehicle
