Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foot Care Program Manager to lead our team of Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses in the Peel region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for motivating, directing, and coaching staff to ensure high-quality care consistently meets our organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals to achieve excellence in foot care services
- Collaborate with operations leadership to address quality, safety, and risk management issues
- Contribute to the improvement of client outcomes through evidence-based practice and efficient resource utilization
- Develop and implement clinical workflows that support new models of care delivery
- Prepare schedules and lead recruitment efforts for foot care nurses
Requirements
- Current CNO certificate as Registered Nurse, degree preferred
- Recent experience as a Nursing Manager in a community setting
- Experience managing in a unionized environment
- Solid knowledge of community nursing principles and practices
- Valid G driver's license and reliable vehicle
