Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Lead a team of Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses to achieve excellence in healthcare delivery.
- Motivate, direct, and coach staff to ensure high-quality care consistently meets defined organizational standards.
- Quality Improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address quality, safety, and risk management issues.
- Develop and implement improvement plans to address shortfalls and improve client outcomes.
- Program Development
- Contribute to the development and design of clinical workflows that support new models of care delivery.
- Lead the recruitment and selection of foot care nurses.
- Operational Management
- Prepare monthly schedules for foot care nurses, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Education and Experience
- Current CNO certificate as Registered Nurse, degree preferred.
- Recent experience with progressive responsibilities as a Nursing Manager, preferably in a community setting.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods of community nursing and service delivery to patients.
- Valid G driver's license and reliable vehicle.
