About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Boston Pizza Squamish. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to support the preparation of our menu items.
  • Knife Sharpening: Sharpen kitchen knives to maintain their effectiveness and ensure food safety.
  • Team Support: Assist other kitchen staff members as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
