Senior Procurement Operations Manager

About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing and warehouse departments across the organization, ensuring seamless operations and effective supply chain management.
This senior role comes with a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Assign projects and programs to the purchasing and warehouse departments, promoting collaboration and efficiency.
- Coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Evaluate daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures, maintaining financial discipline and transparency.
- Plan and organize daily operations, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities effectively.
- Review purchase order claims and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting growth opportunities.
- Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services, making informed decisions that benefit the organization.
- Authorize the development of specifications for products or services, driving innovation and excellence.
- Manage contracts, negotiating agreements and ensuring timely completion.
- Oversee the analysis of data and information, providing insights that inform business decisions.
- Oversee the preparation of reports, communicating key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Process purchases, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
- Bag, box, or parcel purchases for customers, facilitating smooth shipping and delivery processes.
