Job Title: Support Professional

We are seeking a Support Professional to join our team at Dengarry Professional Services Ltd. As a Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health disabilities, and physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health disabilities, and physical disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and household chores
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the needs of clients
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, such as social workers and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive support
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to clients
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • or equivalent experience
  • Criminal record check
  • Driving record check (abstract)
  • Medical exam
Working Conditions:
